*The following Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the Free 3D Rendering Service (“Service”) provided by The Set to clients placing a full room customized furniture order. By using the Service, clients agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
1. Eligibility
• The Free 3D Rendering Service is available exclusively to clients who place a full room customized furniture order with The Set. This includes, but is not limited to, living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, and other rooms that applies.
• A “full room” order is defined as a furniture package that meets the minimum threshold of 3 pieces for the respective room type.
• The 3D Rendering Service is only applicable for customized furniture orders, where furniture pieces are selected, designed, or modified to meet specific client needs.
2. Scope of the 3D Rendering Service
• The Service includes a professionally created 3D rendering of the room layout, showcasing the customized furniture ordered by the client.
• The rendering will include visualizations of furniture placement, materials, colors, and room dimensions based on information provided by the client.
3. Process and Timeline
• After placing a full room order, the client must provide room measurements, layout details, or any other relevant information for the 3D rendering to be more accurate.
• The Set will deliver the initial 3D rendering to the client within 5 business days of receiving all required information.
4. Limitations
• The Free 3D Rendering Service is intended solely for visualizing furniture layout and placement within a room and does not guarantee the final appearance, scale, or colors may be an exact match to real-life conditions due to variations in lighting and screen displays.
• The Service does not include architectural or structural modifications to the room. Any structural advice or planning must be carried out by licensed professionals.
• The rendering is provided for reference purposes only and is not to be used as a substitute for professional interior design services, unless agreed upon as part of a broader design package.
5. Cancellations and Changes
• In the event that the customized furniture order is canceled, the client will no longer be eligible for the Free 3D Rendering Service.
• If the client significantly alters the scope of the furniture order after the 3D rendering has been completed, The Set reserves the right to charge for additional renderings or revisions based on the new order details.
6. Intellectual Property
• The 3D rendering provided by The Set remains the intellectual property of The Set. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share the rendering with third parties for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from The Set.
• The Set reserves the right to use the rendering for marketing, promotional, or portfolio purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
7. Liability
• The Set will make reasonable efforts to provide an accurate 3D rendering based on the information provided by the client. However, The Set is not liable for any discrepancies between the 3D rendering and the final appearance of the furniture or room layout.
• The Set is not responsible for any delays in the rendering process caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
8. Acceptance of Terms
• By placing a full room customized furniture order and opting to use the Free 3D Rendering Service, clients agree to these T&Cs.
• The Set reserves the right to amend or update these T&Cs at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting the updated version on The Set’s website.
