1. Please double-check the model, quantity, color, specifications, and delivery address of the furniture you ordered.

2. Logistics method: Confirm with us before placing the order so that we can arrange delivery and follow-up smoothly.

3. Due to the unique nature of large furniture, there may be a margin of error of 3-5 cm for upholstered items. If the product’s color or size is modified after placing the order, changes will not be supported after 24 hours. If a refund is requested without a valid reason from the buyer, the buyer will need to cover the material cost for custom orders, as customized products are exclusively tailored for you.

4. Fabric-specific details: Slight color differences may occur due to batch differences, lighting conditions, viewing angles, or camera imaging. These are normal and expected. The actual product may have slight color variations compared to the pictures. Please refer to the actual product as the standard.

5. Installation requirements: We will inform you in advance if the furniture you purchased requires manual installation so you can arrange for a technician to assist.

6. Shipping schedule modifications: If you need to adjust the delivery date, additional storage fees of approximately 10-20 yuan per cubic meter per day may apply for delays exceeding three days (subject to the actual logistics fees).

7. After receiving the item, please retain the outer packaging and provide feedback to us promptly if there are any issues.

8. Furniture delivery specifics: Large furniture differs from smaller courier items. Slight discrepancies of even 1 cm may cause the item to not fit through doors, elevators, or staircases, potentially incurring significant extra costs, which will need to be covered by the buyer (recent cases have incurred charges in the thousands). To avoid unnecessary losses, please carefully verify the dimensions of your furniture and ensure sufficient space is available for placement after delivery.
