Clients will be notified of any fee changes before shipment confirmation.

• Payment of Delivery Fee

• Customs and Import Duties

Please note that customs duties, taxes, or other charges may be applied at the destination country. These fees are not included in our delivery quote and must be handled by the client.

• Damages or Loss

We take great care to ensure your items are packaged securely. In the rare event of damage or loss during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order for resolution.
